With 50 m² of space, this modern and high-quality holiday apartment located on the first floor offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay for up to four guests. High ceilings and stylish furnishings create a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.

The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring double bed measuring 2.00 × 2.00 m, providing comfortable sleeping space for two guests.

The bright living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment. The large dining table comfortably seats four people. The sofa can be converted into a bed for the third and fourth guest. Unlike many traditional sofa beds, this one comes with a proper mattress and offers a sleeping area of 1.40 × 2.00 m.

From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony. In good weather, you can enjoy the sunshine from morning until early evening – perfect for your first coffee of the day or for a relaxing break while taking in the view over the town.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a dishwasher and you can choose between a Nespresso coffee machine and a classic filter coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet, as well as a private washing machine and tumble dryer. Both appliances are available to use free of charge – particularly convenient for longer stays.

At the rear of the house, guests can enjoy a stylish lounge area with comfortable seating. It is a lovely place to relax and spend time outdoors in good weather.

A parking space is also located directly behind the house and is available to our guests free of charge.

The apartment is situated on a quiet street running parallel to Schleswig’s pedestrian zone. The Schlei can be reached by foot in around ten minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor; there is no lift.
