This modern and high-quality holiday apartment offers 38 m² of space on the first floor, with a spacious living and dining area and a visually separated sleeping area. The open-plan design, high ceilings and tasteful furnishings create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the living space by a half-height wall and features a comfortable box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m. This creates a cosy and pleasantly sheltered sleeping area within the open-plan layout.

From the sleeping area, you can step directly onto your private balcony. A table and two chairs provide the perfect spot for your first coffee in the morning, a light meal or a relaxing end to the day.

In the living and dining area, a round dining table with a diameter of around one metre is ideal for breakfast, dinner or working. The apartment is therefore perfectly suited both to couples and to solo travellers and business guests who appreciate high-quality and comfortable accommodation.

The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, a microwave-oven combination and your choice of a Nespresso coffee machine or a classic filter coffee maker.

The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and WC. The ceiling height in the bathroom is generally standard; only in the immediate shower area is the ceiling slightly lower. The shower can be used comfortably by guests up to around 1.90 m tall. Taller guests can also use it, but should be aware of the slightly reduced headroom in this area.

At the rear of the house, guests can enjoy a stylish lounge area with comfortable seating. It is a lovely place to relax and spend time outdoors in good weather.

A parking space is also located directly behind the house and is available to our guests free of charge.

The apartment is situated on a quiet street running parallel to Schleswig’s pedestrian zone. The Schlei can be reached on foot in around ten minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor; there is no lift.
